4 pendingWe publish our status honestly. Four services are pending approval — credentialing, enrollment, or vehicle certification is underway and not yet complete. We are taking names on the interest list for each, and we will not accept, advertise, or bill for these trips until they are cleared.
- Pending Medicaid NEMT (non-emergency medical transportation) Our Medicaid NEMT provider enrollment is in progress. Until it is approved we cannot bill Medicaid or accept brokered medical trips. Private-pay care rides are unaffected.
- Pending Airport & cruise-terminal transfers Curbside and commercial-ground-transportation permitting for PHL, Newark, and BWI is pending. Long-distance and regional charters continue as normal.
- Pending School & student transport District credentialing, background clearances, and student-transport certification are pending. Adult group, nonprofit, and organizational contracts continue as normal.
- Pending Wheelchair-accessible service Our lift- and ramp-equipped vehicle certification is pending. Today we can assist with walkers, canes, and foldable wheelchairs that stow in the vehicle — we cannot yet carry a passenger seated in their own chair.

Sweet Sixteen & prom
Some entrances deserve a vehicle.
The birthday girl. The prom queen. The king. Whoever the night belongs to — they should not arrive in the back of somebody's mom's car.
We run the whole night on two vehicles: a polished executive car that pulls up to the door for the guest of honor, and a shuttle right behind it carrying everybody else. One reservation, one driver crew, one invoice — and every single person gets home.
Every one of them gets the same thing: a black car at the curb, a driver at the door, and the cameras waiting.
The Grand Arrival

- Held through the party Reserved by the hour, so the vehicles stay yours — early exits and late ones both work.
- Everyone home After-party or straight home, we drop door to door and confirm the last one in.
What parents ask us first

- No teenager drives that night, and nobody rides with someone who has been drinking
- Strict no-alcohol, no-substance policy on board, enforced by the driver
- The itinerary is agreed with you, and stops aren't added without a parent's okay

Moon Shadow Logistics was founded by Pennsylvania healthcare executives who watched too many patients do everything right — and still miss their care because a ride fell through. The prescription was filled. The appointment was made. The transportation failed.
So we built the company we wished existed: veteran professional drivers held to a healthcare standard of respect, punctuality, and follow-through. More personal than an app. More affordable than a private ambulance or a limousine. Reliable enough for a school district; gentle enough for a grieving family. How do I book a ride?
Use the booking form below or call us. We confirm every request the same business day with your exact price and pickup window. For medical appointments, booking 48 hours ahead guarantees your preferred time.
What areas do you serve?
We're headquartered in Abington, PA. Pickups run across Greater Philadelphia, with daily service throughout the tri-state region — Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Beyond that, we're not limited by geography: name the destination and we'll quote the journey fairly and in writing, the same way we run our Quebec weekender. If the trip is worth making, we make it.
Can insurance or Medicaid cover my medical ride?
Not yet — our Medicaid NEMT enrollment is pending. We will not advertise, accept, or bill a single Medicaid medical trip until it clears, because that's the standard our healthcare leadership holds. Are drivers trained to assist passengers with mobility needs?
Yes. Every driver is CPR and first-aid certified and trained in our Handle-with-Care program, including walker and cane handling, steady in-and-out assistance, and door-through-door support — we don't drive away until you're safely inside. Full wheelchair-accessible service is pending vehicle certification: today we can carry a foldable wheelchair that stows in the vehicle, but we cannot yet transport a passenger seated in their own chair.
What if my plans change?
Life happens. Call us as soon as plans change and we'll reschedule or credit your trip whenever we can. Membership trips can be paused or credited while you travel or recover.
Do you handle funerals, weddings, and long-distance trips?
Yes — Signature Events are one of our four pillars. We provide funeral and memorial transportation, Sweet Sixteen and prom arrivals, wedding shuttles, and long-distance journeys, all with the same graceful, punctual standard. Airport and cruise-terminal transfers are pending permitting.

Every quote comes back itemized: base rate, fuel, tolls, and any fees, with nothing hidden. Near or far — if you can name the destination, we can price the journey.
How charter quotes work: we reply with a written, itemized quote the same business day · a 25% deposit secures your date · up to 6 hours of on-site standby is included, additional hours billed at $50/hr · cancellations 72 hours ahead receive a refund of the balance · final booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. Standard quotes may include a coordination & concierge support fee and a logistics fee — always itemized in writing. First-time client discounts vary by signature event — just ask.
