Yes. Every driver is CPR and first-aid certified and trained in our Handle-with-Care program, including walker and cane handling, steady in-and-out assistance, and door-through-door support — we don't drive away until you're safely inside.
Life happens. Call us as soon as plans change and we'll reschedule or credit your trip whenever we can. Membership trips can be paused or credited while you travel or recover.
